Of note, there was no need for the parking stub to be utilized once their car was already returned.Budget charged my credit card the amount of $55.12 as parking fees which I consider a fraudulent charge.I filed a claim with Bank of America visa disputing those bogus charges.Bank of America VISA issued a temporary credit of $55.12 while the claim was being investigated.On January 18, 2023, Bank of America VISA closed the claim and I assumed that it was properly settled.To my surprise, on Bank of America chargedback $55.12 again.I called Bank of America on Februand I was told that the claim is closed and the representative suggested to call a different department.The number is XXX-XXX-XXXX was not available.

On DecemI rented a car for the day at Budget Rent a Car.In order to access their parking lot upon returning the vehicle I had to get a parking stub to enter Budget parking lot.As instructed by Budget, I placed all the rental documentation, the car keys and the parking stub that I just used in their vault at their parking lot.Budget states that got all the documentation and car keys but the parking stub which according to them was missing.
