That's 20 bytes though, the real password for the AES encryption is 16 bytes long, so Easy Save has to be salting it (which means adding more bytes/characters onto the password) and hashing it in some way to make it the right size for the real key. I always thought it was fun to muck around in the save files of a game after I felt like I was done with it.
